Registration
Tuition
$1,430 by check (payable to UC Regents) or credit card (American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa)
Tuition includes all class materials, daily continental breakfast and lunches, a BBQ dinner Monday and Wednesday evening excursion to a winery for dinner. It does not include lodging. Participants may bring a guest to the winery dinner for an additional fee of $110.
Registration Deadline
Deadline is May 31, 2013. After May 31 registrations will be accepted on a space available basis.
Cancellation/Refund
With 3 weeks notice, full refund. Less than 3 weeks notice, no refunds (however substitutions are permitted).
Continuing Education Credit
The program is designed to be approved for continuing education credit. A certificate of completion will be provided.
Registration Procedures
The online registration process must be completed in a single session.
Make sure you have all relevant information, including credit card numbers, handy before you begin. Do not use your browser to navigate backward and forward and be sure to hit the submit button only once to avoid duplicate registrations and charges.
